Holiday Announcement

Happy New Year

Blog resumes on the 24th

The reason traitors are so rampant is because the Chinese people are habitually a heap of loose sand. Today's end-of-session ambush by traitors leaking information, while other large-cap stocks abandoned their positions one after another, is a perfect illustration. But China Unicom did what it was supposed to do and didn't lose face. Besides Unicom this week, of the 14 stocks this ID previously mentioned, all but 2 hit new highs for this rally today. The two that didn't were both connected to a fund with a traitor's name—this ID has no regard for them. As said before, even after breaking through 3000 points, oscillation is still necessary. This war of annihilation between bulls and bears must continue.

Holiday time—less talk about stocks, more talk about pretty boys. Let me wish everyone a Happy New Year first. Amidst the firecrackers, listen to where you are.

Going to the mountains.

Which mountains are you going to?

Mountains are everywhere around Beijing. Don't feel like going too far.

There's no need to buy Unicom now. The day this ID mentioned it, the very next day there was a buy point—why didn't you buy then?

Note: Unicom is under heavy pressure, as everyone can see. Retail investors absolutely should not buy.

Retail investors absolutely should not buy Unicom, otherwise the consequences are on you.

Unless you have a very medium-term mindset and can wait until China Mobile's return listing, there's fundamentally no need to buy Unicom.
===========
For those of us retail investors already holding Unicom, is there still a need to continue holding?

==

Said yesterday, retail investors have no need to buy. Unless you have the patience to wait for China Mobile's return listing.

May I ask the host, is there a possibility of a daily-level upward divergence forming?
==

Even if the rally makes a new high, the probability of entering the final segment is considerable. So for the current rally, one cannot be blindly bullish. The reason for playing this move was to tell those traitors: don't think whatever you dream up just happens. Even if we're going short, it's not your turn to speak first.

Sis, don't be angry.
These are terrible people.
But I have a question.
Some say this bounce is the main force luring bulls in. What's your take?

==

Even if it makes a new high, the pressure is still very heavy. But there will be no shortage of individual stock opportunities. For example, going forward, Shanghai and Shenzhen local stocks will present great opportunities.

Last time, a 60-minute divergence on the broader market triggered a 400+ point crash. So this time, if a daily-level divergence appears, the correction could be even larger. Is my understanding correct, host?
==

Even if the final segment ends, it will still oscillate around this hub. After the oscillation is done, the bull market continues.

Host, a question—
On today's 5-minute chart, was there a divergence at 14:05 this afternoon?

==

So naturally the subsequent selloff followed—this is technically perfectly logical. However, at the close, stocks like ICBC were going through the motions without putting in real effort, which this ID finds rather beneath contempt.

The 14 stocks the fairy sister mentioned—no matter how I count, I keep getting 17 (not including Unicom).
Today's aerospace stocks didn't do well.
Yesterday and today the "pipes" weren't great either. I keep worrying whether the fairy sister might have used the pipes for emergency purposes.

==
No, only 14. The first 5, then the 3 from 4/16, followed by the 5 from 4/32, plus one 938—that's it.

Our area is 2-3 hours from Beijing. There's a one-kilometer marble section of the Great Wall in the northern mountains. More rustic than Badaling, and very peaceful.

Sis Chan, you've worked hard today

Every day from nine to three, aside from what absolutely must be done, I'm basically watching the market. Truly exhausting—even the golf and yoga I'd been keeping up with have basically stopped. Need to properly relax during this holiday.

But this way of trading is undoubtedly a war of attrition on body and mind. Normally, how do you relax your body and mood, Sis Chan?

==

Watching the market is itself a form of relaxation. The key is non-attachment—otherwise, even relaxation becomes suffering.

The broader market showed divergence, but the stock in hand didn't—so there was no sell point as you described. Yet it did fall along with the market.
Host, in this kind of situation, do you sell or not??

==

There always is one—just at a smaller level. Usually below 1-minute. Observe carefully and you'll understand. You can do a hedging operation—sell it, then buy it back. If it's a medium-term position, just ignore it.

Sis Chan didn't see my message. Posting for the third time.

Sis Chan:
Wishing you a Happy New Year! May everything go well! I received a clean big gift. Thank you so much!

I have some questions. Please kindly advise, thank you! (Won't bother you during the holiday!)

  1. Are the following judgments correct?

  2. A trend divergence consisting of 2 hubs: A—one segment of rise (containing 2 hubs at this level, constructed from 3 sub-level segments) + B—1 hub at the next higher level + C—one segment of rise (containing 2 hubs at this level, constructed from 3 sub-level segments). Each segment of rise can be sold at sub-level divergence, then buy at the type-1, type-2, or type-3 buy points formed by the higher-level hub consolidation.
    ==
    Best practice is to first determine the operating level based on your capital—for example, 30-minute. Then only sell after the 30-minute enters the divergence segment, using 5-minute, 1-minute, and sub-1-minute divergence for precise positioning. That way you won't be nervous about selling every time you see a 1-minute divergence. That would be too exhausting.

  3. A consolidation divergence consisting of 1 hub: A—one segment of rise (containing 2 hubs at this level, constructed from 3 sub-level segments) + B—1 hub at the next higher level + C—one segment of rise (containing 2 hubs at this level, constructed from 3 sub-level segments). For example, in Sis's Lesson 24 with the Shanghai 5-minute chart consolidation divergence—is the hub in segment C a 30-minute hub? Does segment B have a 30-minute hub or no hub formed?
    ==
    The precise definitions are all given in previous lessons. Go look them up yourself.

  4. For judging downward completion when a 1-minute third-type buy point forms on the broader market—using MACD, if there's one red section and one green section, and the green section gets shorter, does that mean it's the bottom? If there's only one color, is the shortening of that bar the criterion? Does the same logic apply in a rising scenario?
    ==
    It's in previous lessons. Find the sub-sub-level first-type buy point.

--------------------------------------------
Perhaps one must endure a thousand hardships to reach such a state of mind.

==

The key is having a thorough understanding of the market. The inability to relax comes from affliction—being afflicted by affliction. Wisdom is the greatest relaxation.

I've been studying with you for 3 months now. This year I've already achieved 30% returns.
I only know how to use divergence and MACD to find buy points. I can basically capture 30-minute buy points.
I'm not yet familiar with sell point divergence. Should it be judged by stock price making new highs + red bars getting progressively shorter?

I hope to contribute my part in the future battles against the foreign devils.

Wishing you a happy Spring Festival and family happiness.

==

You can't only know how to buy and not how to sell. Better to sell wrong than buy wrong. If uncertain, sell in batches. Sell more as it rises.

That seems to be wild guesses from that guy called Luoguo. But they're all fine—all good medium-term stocks.

Agriculture, non-ferrous metals, environmental protection, and military industry—these all have medium-term potential.

May I ask the blogger:
999 and 938—do these two still have potential for next spring? They shouldn't become the type that can't be traded, right? (Medium-term speaking.)
Please reply, thank you!

==

999 is still an S-share. Do you think there's a problem? Recently it's mainly because this ID has needed to spend money quite heavily, so it's been trading a bit poorly. 938 has earnings issues—once earnings are released, there'll be no more worries.

While the host is here, let me quickly ask another question:
600010 steamed bun—on the 5-minute chart, around 14:00 on February 9th, I judged it as a consolidation divergence and sold. I wanted to wait for it to drop and buy back, but it didn't drop much, and then it surged upward. Super frustrated.
Host, was my judgment wrong??

==

Go look at what this ID previously said about the graduation standard for elementary-level mastery of this ID's theory. Once you reach that standard, you won't misjudge anymore.

Lesson 24 doesn't mention this hub's level. Are you referring to the hub definitions in lessons before 24?

Tick chart. How to read MACD on it—it's all been covered before. Too long to write again.
