One Drinking Session, One Grudge.

Had way too much to drink again. Was with several old veterans of a certain field, drinking and chatting, talking about old history. The more we talked, the angrier I got. This ID never gets angry over personal gains and losses, but when I think about certain places, about the consequences caused by certain people's stupidity, it makes my blood boil.
In this world, the worst people are the likes of Wang Anshi — not half a shred of real ability, yet desperate to make a grand name for themselves, and their repeated acts of stupidity have had consequences that still affect us N years later, even today.
If not for certain brain-waterlogged actions, could that certain somebody have been so brazen for N years? This responsibility — doesn't someone need to answer for it? Didn't such special domains exist even during the Song Dynasty? Something that even the Song Dynasty had — how could there still be people this stupid?
Spiders can devour all manner of pests and vermin, but why? Why? Why? This ID is unwilling to explore this question with the worst possible assumptions, but perhaps this ID is still too kind-hearted.
Enough said — the more I say, the angrier I get.
