Castration

There's not much to say about the stock market. The specific judgments have been stated many times. Let me say it once more here: the mid-term has already entered the final stage of the major correction from the 6124-point peak — and of course, this is also the most brutal, most murderous stage. Otherwise, how could there be a major rebound? In the short term, the decline from around 3700 points has entered the oscillation phase of the second hub. Once divergence appears, it will signal the end of the correction and the beginning of a total corrective process against the 6124-point major adjustment — in other words, a super-sized rebound. But it must be pointed out that the height of this super rebound may not necessarily be satisfying, because once its pattern forms a triangle, the first upward leg would already represent the maximum amplitude. In the worst case, the first hub above 3300 points from last time would be enough to block further upward expansion of this triangle. This kind of rebound that trades time for space is of course the worst scenario, but it's one that cannot be ignored, because the probability of a triangle forming after a major decline has never been rare in mid-term larger cycles.
I don't want to talk about the stock market anymore. Let's talk about castration.
From the moment life comes into being, it directly faces castration. Castration has always originated from fear of life's own vital force. For a primitive human being, what could be more awe-striking than the extending power of life? And for a conqueror, what is most feared is precisely this freely extending power of life.
Life, spreading freely like summer flowers across countless mountains and ridges — even the most brutal tyrant, the most confident shaman cannot help but feel uneasy before this. How to castrate life itself has been the sole subject and focal point of all ruling classes — such a subject and focus transcends time and nations, without exception.
The earliest, most savage form was direct physical castration. Note that castration is indifferent to gender — it targets life itself.
But after thousands of years or even longer of bloody struggle, this kind of castration finally devolved into niche activities like eunuchs, because the ruling class discovered a more efficient and more enduring method of castration: ideological and cultural castration.
This new castration technology was probably established simultaneously with the so-called feudal society. It spread effectively across time and space, and moreover was far more covert — castrating people from the very beginning of their lives, letting those castrated beings operate in orderly fashion along pre-designed ideological and cultural tracks. This is what all rulers most wish to see.
Therefore, when we observe the ordered social structures of the corrupted Confucianist society, we should not find it strange at all. This structure is as orderly as a rigorous, time-honored castration procedure — a thousand-year-old secret recipe that gets trotted out from time to time, fooling whoever it can fool, duping whatever nation it can dupe. That's all there is to it.
However, all of this pales in comparison to the total castration of capitalist society. That is globalized castration. Ideology and culture are nothing more than mass-produced fast food. Capitalism was the first to completely actualize the principle of materialism — everything becomes materialistic through reification.
There is an obvious logical inference here: life is life precisely because life is life. As long as you make life no longer life, then all the power of life is no longer a threat. And to make life no longer life, the simplest way is to reify it, alienate it, mechanize it, globalize it, fast-food-ize it, entertainment-ize it, dumb it down, componentize it, and so on. The economic power of capitalism has enough tricks to castrate life comprehensively, in every detail, seamlessly, ceaselessly, with precision targeting — and moreover, it makes you enjoy the castration more and more, until not being castrated means you can't even survive.
Life has thus been castrated into capitalism. Those so-called democracy fighters are nothing but products of this castration. All the tricks of capitalist globalization are nothing more than this.
In such a world, to stand upright, to resist and even destroy this inevitable mockery of history and fate — what does that require? Have you ever thought about it?
Life can only be expressed in the manner of life — that is life's sole declaration. But the question is: does anyone still know what life even means?
