The Online Left That Takes Shame as Glory

The online leftists' greatest characteristic is taking shame as glory. They take ignorance of Marx as glory, take distorting Marx as glory, take being used by others as glory, take being cannon fodder as glory.

What they call Marxism has long been unrecognizable. They shout slogans they don't understand, wave flags they can't read, fight battles they can't win. And after every defeat, they pick themselves up and declare victory. This is the most authentic Ah Q spirit.

The saddest thing about the online left is not their ignorance -- ignorance can be remedied through study. The saddest thing is their self-satisfaction in ignorance, their pride in being foolish. When shamelessness becomes a badge of honor, what's left to say?
