Seven-Character Quatrain: To the Snakes, Bugs, Rats, and Ants in Snow-Covered China
2008/2/3 19:14:11
Seeing quite a few snakes, bugs, rats, and ants crawling out to take advantage of the heavy snow, thinking the moment to attack China and the Chinese government has arrived again—these things swept into the garbage heap long ago can't wait to start performing. Can China's fate be entrusted to this trash that only knows how to lick its American daddy and Japanese step-daddy? Following their logic, why didn't they jump out and perform during the last hurricane in America or the Southeast Asian tsunami?
China's flesh can only rot in China; however many problems China has, they are China's problems—no need for this garbage talk. Snarky remarks count for jack squat, nitpicking counts for nothing. China's backbone has always been the vast majority—those "uncivilized" Chinese people whom these so-called elites seek to enlighten.
Let the enlightenment elites go to hell—China remains China.
To the Snakes, Bugs, Rats, and Ants in Snow-Covered China
Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán
Snow bears down on the sacred land for thirty thousand li,
Yet still the North Star shares its light with all.
Winter clouds need not wait for the east wind to break—
Rotten rats and cold crows caw in vain at dust.
