Strange -- Why Can't Gao Tianhu Be Suspected of Perjury?

First of all, that Gao Yingying's father Gao Tianhu is suspected of perjury is one possible scenario. The existence of this possibility is perfectly normal -- the key is the evidence. Today's reporting provided evidence in this regard. I quote:
"Previously, Gao Yingying's father Gao Tianhu had consistently claimed that his daughter Gao Yingying was raped and murdered, and had preserved the underwear Gao Yingying was wearing at the time of death, which bore semen stains. In this re-examination, the Ministry of Public Security's Physical Evidence Identification Center tested the semen stains on the underwear provided by Gao Tianhu and compared the DNA test results with blood samples from individuals who might have sexually assaulted Gao Yingying -- all were excluded. Testing of swabs taken from Gao Tianhu confirmed that the semen stains were left by Gao Tianhu himself."
Now, these underwear bearing semen stains left by Gao Tianhu himself have become the most powerful evidence. There are two possibilities: one is that Gao Tianhu was forced to leave the semen stains, the other is that he was not forced. For these two possibilities to be meaningful, the premise is that "the semen stains were left by Gao Tianhu himself" is factual. Whether this is factual can be very normally and seriously subjected to examination. Therefore, finding an authoritative body or even a non-governmental institution to confirm this fact would be the best method of verification.
Once this fact is confirmed again, and if Gao Tianhu was not forced to leave the semen stains, then the only reasonable explanation for his semen stains being on that underwear is that he is suspected of perjury! Therefore, the current issues are all problems that can be resolved through legal procedures, and do not require this kind of public frenzy. What exactly is the point of this frenzy? Apart from letting certain people vent, or even allowing some unspeakable schemes to continue, it is utterly meaningless.
Legal matters should proceed through legal procedures. The non-legal procedures that occurred previously certainly require accountability, but the pursuit of prior illegal acts cannot be premised on new illegal acts -- these are fundamentally two different matters. Now, following legal procedure, if anyone questions whether "the semen stains were left by Gao Tianhu himself," they can challenge it through legal procedures and seek re-testing. Anything beyond that is superfluous and ulterior in motive!
