Catching a Falling Boulder Barehanded, Still No Turning Back Once the Bow Is Drawn

2007/7/5 15:43:43

No battle can be completed in a single day. Right now, what's being carried out is a mission impossible. Everyone knows that technically the weekly chart has just broken down, all technical indicators and the broader environment make it impossible for such a mission to succeed. But since this ID has made this choice, there is no looking back. Today was a day when blue-chip stocks were comprehensively suppressed. Two interventions—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—each produced a 50-point rebound, and both ended in failure. But once the bow is drawn there's no turning back; the resistance must persist and continue to persist. Each act of resistance is a battle of attrition and a tug of war. Without direct frontal resistance, guerrilla warfare cannot be launched. Look at the volume put out by Sinopec and others today and you'll understand—though this is catching a falling boulder barehanded, it must be caught. Moreover, these are some basic chips that will be needed later.

Today's energy expenditure was not large—it was still at the probing stage. The current focus is on three major areas: overall listing, major restructuring, and small-to-mid-cap growth stocks—these are independent of the index. Technically, we must rely on the annual moving average; stocks that haven't returned to the annual line are not worth supporting. But a battle like this cannot be completed by one side's strength alone. Like today's two rebounds—both ultimately aborted due to lack of follow-through. Yet, knowing failure is inevitable, we must still fight on. For the tactical preparations on technical indicators, these two rebounds were also necessary.

But war has its own rules and cannot be reckless. Technically, all factors favor the traitors and the equivalent-quota crowd. However, all technical patterns are the result of combined forces. This ID steps forward and will continue to forge ahead without hesitation—the purpose is to change this combined force. This combined force is composed of each and every person. This is a war with only a 1% chance of success; every additional effort is worthwhile. And changing the combined force ultimately manifests in a buy point at some level. What this ID intends to do is to construct a large-level buy point through progressive resistance at each sub-level—this is the mission for the period ahead.

Alright, there's far too much work to be done. Can't say more. Signing off for now. Goodbye.
