This ID writes all this without the slightest concealment, in order to serve as a warning to everyone. Life can be used for burning and squandering, but you must bear the karmic consequences. No one is exempt — not even someone like this ID. This is a warning: let those who come after have some fear.

Right now, in the short term, this ID simply cannot gather the favorable conditions needed for zazen. Getting started in zazen requires favorable conditions. Only through the conjunction of all conditions is there hope for success.

Of course, unless there is some great favorable condition from a past life, but that cannot be counted on.

However, this ID still has a broader perspective from which to handle things.

As for the current hospital — if it were Western medicine alone, how could it be called the best? That kind of single-track approach has never had anything to do with this ID.
