Do You Know How to Get Out of Bed?

Everyone has been under a lot of stress lately, so please take extra care of your health. This ID will talk about a body-related issue: do you know how to get out of bed?
As long as you are not paralyzed, this probably does not seem like a real question. In reality, it is a big question. Too many people do not know how to properly get out of bed.
Getting out of bed is not simply about being able to spring up from the bed — that is only the most superficial aspect. The key is whether your bodily functions have been awakened. Getting out of bed without awakening your bodily functions causes enormous harm to the body over time.
After getting up, the first thing to handle is personal hygiene. Most importantly, you must clean out the systems corresponding to the nose, lungs, and large intestine. Because the lungs and large intestine are paired internally and externally, and the lungs open to the nose, this entire line is actually one unified system. Many people have trouble with morning bowel movements — this is very problematic. The causes are many, but they all indicate something has gone wrong inside the body, disrupting normal function. When getting up, paying attention to clearing the waste accumulated overnight in the nose and lungs is extremely important. Once cleared and flowing smoothly, it will also trigger the qi movement of the large intestine, and bowel movements will become natural. The body's overnight accumulation of harmful substances can all be properly eliminated — this point is of the utmost importance.
This system must absolutely not allow heat-toxins to accumulate. Otherwise, the long-term consequences are severe. Daily routine elimination will greatly protect against and remove such accumulation, which in turn is crucial for the health of other organs.
Also, the eyes are related to the liver. The eyes favor coolness. Therefore, washing the eyes with cool water (not ice water) is also very important. As for other washing, it depends on your own physical condition.
After washing — and this does not mean "wash and sleep" — you must begin moving to activate your organs and the qi and blood within them. The simplest approach is to raise both arms overhead, then extend and lower them, repeating continuously to open up the body. If conditions allow, while stretching you can sing the following notes: 35126---, 63512---. These notes all correspond to your internal organs. When raising the arms, sing 3512 and 6351; when lowering, sing 6--- or 2---. Inhale on the raise, exhale on the lower. This makes it very easy to expel the turbid qi accumulated in the body.
A supplementary note: if your home allows it, do these in a place with fresh air. Also, if you think singing out loud feels silly, you can do it silently in your mind.
Then you can twist your body and do various movements to activate your muscles, bones, tendons, and joints.
Next, you should practice standing on one foot. The feet are very important. Sink your qi to the sole of one foot, then lift the other foot. If your body is not in good condition, you probably won't be able to hold it — take it slowly. Imagine the qi slowly rising from the sole, the whole body floating in qi, all organs gradually filling with vital energy, all the way to the head.
Note: you do not need to guide anything. Once you are standing steadily, this is a natural sensation. Additionally, pay attention to your ten fingers — particularly their very tips, because these are important points for stimulating the body's meridians. Talking about acupoints gets complicated, but everyone knows where the fingertips are. Fully exercise your ten fingers. As for whether you feel qi flowing — that is not terribly important.
Of course, the duration of single-foot standing is unlimited. After a long time, sensations will naturally arise. Naturally, you can alternate between feet.
Finally, stand with both feet flat, attention on the ground beneath the soles of your feet. Then close your eyes as if entering samadhi — think of nothing. The whole body, as if wrapped in qi-breath. Then, as if performing inner vision, examine your body from bottom to top. See where there are blockages. You can imagine the qi-breath rushing open every blocked area, wrapping everything. The whole body enveloped in warm qi-breath, from bottom to top.
Finally, open your eyes and move your entire body. If your inner sensitivity is keen, you will feel all your organs freely expanding and opening. You do not need to reject or emphasize this state — then go about doing whatever you need to do.
Note: before the exercises, you may drink something warm and slightly sweet to warm the stomach, but not too much. Eat breakfast only after completing the morning routine.
The body is of the utmost importance. A human birth is rare to obtain — please cherish it.
