Soft tissue mass visible at the nasopharyngeal roof and bilateral walls, invading upward into the sphenoid sinus and posterior ethmoid sinus, extending anteriorly to the bilateral posterior nares, laterally invading the bilateral parapharyngeal spaces, posteriorly invading the bilateral longus capitis muscles, and extending inferiorly to the oropharyngeal wall, with localized narrowing of the pharyngeal cavity.

Multiple enlarged lymph nodes visible in the bilateral retropharyngeal region, bilateral upper-mid-lower deep cervical chains, posterior triangle of the neck, supraclavicular, bilateral tracheoesophageal grooves, bilateral submandibular, submental, and subcutaneous areas, some fused, with heterogeneous enhancement, encasing the cervical vasculature.

Varying degrees of bone destruction visible at the occipital clivus and other locations.
