Announcement: Online Weekend Concert 1
2006/7/21 16:12:03
I'll skip the boilerplate "for the purpose of such-and-such" language. Everyone is still exploring the power of the internet, and what this ID is currently experimenting with is organizing online weekend concerts. After all, not everyone has the time or resources to attend live concerts, and the internet can solve this problem. We can share our resources with everyone, and organizing concerts involves programming music, which is different from simply uploading music. In the future, concerts will be organized around different themes. This ID's greatest current advantage is a rich library of music resources, though limited to the classical music sphere -- along with, of course, a small amount of Chinese works including ancient pieces and folk songs.
The principle: everything that makes it into the concert is the most worthy of preservation and transmission -- the most sincere outpouring of humanity's great artistic souls. The format follows the most standard concert format. It may seem a bit stiff, but it's absolutely necessary. Additionally, online concerts can bring together the finest performances and singers in one place -- something impossible in real life. Each concert will be approximately one and a half to two hours long.

Additionally, the code for this concert is: http://www.crboo.com/external_player.asp?pid=23&logid=96434 -- you can call it up anytime in the future, either in the address bar or embedded in your own articles or websites to listen.
