Piano Works Recording: 5 Short Fragments and a Little Rondo

2006/6/30 19:15:06

Waiting for the match, with nothing else to do, I'm putting up some assignments from when I was studying composition. Starting with five short fragments as an experiment -- all simple musical phrases. Back then, the training began with writing phrases and periods, progressing to more complex forms. Because these pieces are short, one great use for them is as mobile phone ringtones. This ID currently uses the first fragment as a ringtone. If fate allows it, someday in a vast sea of people you hear this ringtone, it could be quite a novelistic scenario. But this possibility exists only in novels, because this ID changes ringtones frequently, and now that this recording is out, it wouldn't be surprising if someone else uses it as a ringtone. So fiction remains fiction, reality remains reality. And most importantly, apart from attending concerts and such, this ID never goes to crowded places, so this game is basically a non-starter. Of course, there's another possibility -- it could happen to be a business negotiation counterpart, but that would be even less dramatic. Those who can negotiate business with this ID are all quite old, and this ID has no particular complex about such things, so romance is not going to become reality.

The sixth piece is the little rondo that was previously uploaded. Since the site where it was uploaded last time no longer works, I've bundled it in this time -- make do with it. The player below works like a standard tape recorder -- there are many buttons on it, figure them out yourself. When I have time, I'll continue putting up slightly larger pieces, but only those from before university. The ones from university and after are more significant and longer, so I won't be uploading those. Even the pre-university ones are quite numerous, so I'll stick to pure piano works. Other things like art songs, chamber music, etc. are too much trouble to upload -- they'd involve disturbing other people, which isn't fun, so I won't bother. Also, since the blog has background music, please press mute or stop on the background music player first, so the sounds don't interfere with each other.
