Announcement Regarding Abandoning You All for Two Days

2006/12/19 21:45:00

Tomorrow and the day after, a project that this ID spent two years on without cashing out will finally be liquidated. The initial investment back in 2001 wasn't much, and now the return is only two to three times the investment — the games outside the capital market are really no fun at all, absolutely don't play them. This batch was supposed to join the main force a year and a half ago, and only now can it rejoin the ranks — quite amusing. But the bull market has barely started. This Friday, another seven or eight hundred million catties of rice will be deployed for brewing and medicine-making, carrying the sedan chair for you all. It's worth this ID abandoning you for two days — so don't blame this ID for being heartless!

During these two days, please thoroughly review the following:

Trend movement: What you see when you open a chart is the trend movement. Trend movements come in different levels.

Trend types: Up, down, consolidation.

Trend: Up, down.

Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán trend hub: Within a certain level of trend type, the overlapping portion covered by at least three consecutive sub-level trend types.

Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán consolidation: In any trend at any level, if a completed trend type contains only one Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán trend hub, it is called a Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán consolidation of that level.

Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán trend: In any trend at any level, if a completed trend type contains at least two or more sequentially same-direction Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán trend hubs, it is called a Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán trend of that level. If the direction is upward, it's called an uptrend; if downward, a downtrend.

"Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán Technical Analysis Fundamental Principle One": Any trend type at any level must eventually complete.

"Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán Technical Analysis Fundamental Principle Two": Any completed trend type at any level must contain one or more Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán trend hubs.

"Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán Trend Decomposition Theorem One": Any trend at any level can be decomposed into a connection of three same-level trend types: "consolidation," "downtrend," and "uptrend."

"Chán Zhōng Shuō Chán Trend Decomposition Theorem Two": Any trend type at any level is composed of at least three or more sub-level trend types.

In previous articles, "走势类型" (trend type) and "类型走势" (type trend) were used interchangeably — they're actually the same thing. From now on, they're unified as "trend type." The original texts have been correspondingly revised by this ID.

In addition to those four assignments, please also carefully analyze this example:

580991, from its listing to October 23, forms a "downtrend" on the daily chart. What follows is an incomplete trend type that has so far only formed one hub.

On the 30-minute chart, June 2 to October 23 is a classic "downtrend + consolidation + downtrend" — a connection of three completed trend types. Make sure you understand the distinction here, and you'll have some real understanding.
