China's Economy Already Needs Rectification and Reorganization

2007/10/15 8:32:52

Now, China's economy has reached a critical juncture. The myriad problems brought about by the passive appreciation of the RMB have gradually become impossible to ignore, and the real estate bubble has reached a point where it can no longer be brushed aside. Economic overheating has made inflation a situation that may need to be confronted. Under these circumstances, the choice between being scorched by the heat of the economy or calmly reflecting and making the right decisions is one that must be made very soon.

The integration of the real and virtual economies remains an experimental subject in China. Without any experience, how can it be steadily advanced without ultimately ending up like the 327 incident? This too is a critical decision.

The facts have proven that China's longstanding bad habit of overheating the moment controls are loosened has not changed much. What's needed now is rectification and reorganization.

The stock market ultimately depends on economic policy choices, and the answer to all this will come very soon. The show always dies after reaching its climax. Manufacturing a climax is merely to manufacture a death.

The choice is always your own. Your own fate, your own choice. This ID has nothing more to say.

Capital and technical preparations are all in place — it's just a matter of waiting for the policy window to open. That's all there is to it.
