The Number One Forum Member of Qiangguo Forum -- A Recommendation to Everyone!

I make no secret that I'm a fan of Tang Yao -- I even chose the name "Tangfen" (Tang Fan) for this reason. But it's not because I'm Tang Yao's fan that I call Old Tang the number one forum member of Qiangguo Forum. The reasons are as follows:

First, the number one forum member of Qiangguo Forum should transcend factions. Factional disputes often obscure the substance of matters, and this is one of the forum's most pernicious phenomena. Things should be seen as they are. Making faction a precondition is a sign of immaturity.

Second, the number one forum member of Qiangguo Forum should be broadly learned, not just someone who shouts a few slogans and coins terms that even they themselves don't understand -- a bragging king.

Third, their articles should be humorous, witty, and easy to understand. Some forum members, like Miss Chan, have very profound ideas, but their writing isn't meant for everyone, and they can't be bothered with people. This is not good.

The only person who can satisfy all three requirements above is probably Tang Yao. His story "Competing in Enlightenment, Flicking Foreheads" is surely the best story in the entire history of Qiangguo Forum -- on this point, many non-factional forum members have a consensus. Calling Old Tang number one is mainly to hope that everyone can be like Old Tang: focus on discussing issues rather than forming cliques.
